How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Lolfeaturing Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Lolfeaturing Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, start with the provider. Talk to them directly and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be dropped. Know this, though: Lolfeaturing Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@lolfeaturing.garden. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean talking to the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
